I based the Delphaso Mall off Westland Mall in Westland, MI. I spent many an hour wandering its hallways in my youth, and it always seemed to feel stuck in some sort of odd time warp. The map Tristan and Mary are looking at is an actual map of Westland Mall.

I KNEW that map looked familar. Good grief...LOL.
