I just love how Emily has Tristan's candle in the window. Very touching. She will always hold a light for him, hmm?

YAY! Way to start the second season!

A: I fell in love with Jacob

B: This ended an otherwise very dull night.

C: The Bowie and Labyrinth reference, BEAUTIFUL...hell all references were XD I just so happen to be a huge Bowie fan XD.

D: Tristan...wow. Yeah. Deanna...Emily...the boy isn't fickle, it looks like he is settling, and fucked himself over in the process.

E: It's nice to see Mary come OUT of her shell now that more than just Emily is convinced that she is worth of permanent residency at the Psychiatric Ward of the hospital.

F: I'll stop now before I go through the whole alphabet.

My jaw dropped in some frames (noteable: Tristan/Emily) and I found myself face-plamming more than once (why do people always show up at the wrong time?)

The lines in this one...there are just too many. The violent love, the flowers, opera gloves, demon wedding lady, belled collar, dressed like a cake and so on.

In short, this opening episode was fan-fucking-tastic, brilliance is Deception Pass. My soul is yours, Jolly Ranchers no longer mean a thing to me.

Brilliant!
But what the hell is up with James? Man, I hope he snaps out of it/into it soon.

And Jacob is adorable! (Though I'm not sure that's the right word for it.)

simply an amazing start of the new season. I was actually reading articles for my Chauceressay but totally forgot about it when I started reading the new episode, and I just couldn't stop. And it's such a wonderfully long episode, and both the tone of the writing and the visuals are just really cool: great visual storytelling!! you just made my week.
and I wish Jakob and Triston left DP and moved to the Netherlands :)

god this was SO worth the wait!!!

i loved everything about it! and i'm becoming smitten with Jacob...why? WHY do you create such intriguing characters that make me wanna stray from my one True Love, Tristan??? i mean, i've already strayed with James...i can't do it again... *headdesk*

and the teasing! i can't take it! i want Em and Tristan and James and Mary together so bad i can taste it

i will be on pins and needles waiting for chapter 2!!

Amazing. Completely amazing.

I was recently thinking about those times when you know you missed your chance. In Em's case it's the second time that happens. Idiot.
But well, Tristan just threw himself onto the last good girl he remembered almost immediatly. It's quite disappointing that he didn't fight for her love and gave up so quickly. And started feeling sorry for himself. And scared of loneliness (sp?) Pussy.

I might be that hard on those characters because I recently broke up with my ex... but hell, I can't be the one thinking that sort of things.

Jacob <3 I really love geniuses. Mad geniuses specially. They're way more interesting than average people.

Laura is an evil bitch. Really. Fluorescent pink bows? C'mon girl, get over the 80's lol

I wonder what is it on your mind for Jacob/Anthony/Deanna.

But please, make Em/Tristan do something for themselves. Please. They really DO need to put theirselves together. One can't live in constant fear of being hurt. It's just silly.

Enough, I already wrote too much.

Loved it!

Amazing. The shift between the 1st season to this one is just mind blowing. I'm really digging Mary trying to open up, its really great to see her in a different light. I just adore all the characters and the new emotions they are all dealing with.

I'm loving this season already. I love all the new faucets (sp?) of the characters and Mary opening up? SQUEE! I'm loving/hating the Emily/Tristan thing because I want them together so bad!!!!one!! Also I find it rather disapointing that he would give up so easily. Why? I mean he's known her long enough to know her, so wouldn't you think that he would fight for her? Show her what he's really like.... Well she should know by now too.. Oh the angst!!! You guys love to toture us don't you? ^_~

This episode was brilliant, girls! Emily, James, Tristan, Mary & Markus; infuriating at times and such enigmas, but I can't help but be intrigued by them. I'm personally glad that we got to see more of Anthony. He's been one of the characters I liked most, but didn't really get see that often. I'm definately looking forward to the next episode.

Read it twice now, the first instance involved a bottle of red wine, some old school punk and a clock which informed me it was 2:15 when I was done. The second involves someone now recovered from the hangover and a less than pleasant experience at work, a glass of mineral water and Augie March.

Both times it was absolutely stunning.

That was an absolutely amazing season 2 opener. I was craving the Emily/Tristan before that specific part and now you've left me craving it even more. OMG! I love them so much and I hurt as they're hurting. They both know they love each other and they both know they should be together as well but one is scared of constantly reliving the bad things from her earlier relationship and the other one is too quick to give up and go back in the arms of another.

*locks both into a room and will release them when they've calmly talked, opened up on everything, fixed and adjusted things. When they've admitted their feelings, kissed and made up.*

*waves her Tristan/Emily = OTP FOREVER flag way up in the air*

And James totally has to get it together as well. He hasn't been right since Mary came back. There's so much things that could be said from his absence and, heck, his general behavior... especially on that party. GAH.

I just realized that since I'm all caught up now, I'll be in the same boat as every other readers and really feel the excrutiating long wait 'til the new chapter. I so want more. Now!!!

You're doing a very awesome job with the story and all the hard work that's involved into having it all (or most of it anyway) work the right way in Sims 2. Kudos!!

Hey - you made it to the end! I just wanted to say thanks for reading & commenting. It was fun to watch someone read from the beginning, and it was a really great refresher for me as to where we are and how we got here.

We're just starting work on 2.2, so hopefully the wait won't be too long. :)

I am so glad that you guys are back!

I just finished reading and I can't wait for more.

Your writing is amazing, and the stories are so good, you can't stop reading.

Thank you!

BTW I love the destroying of the dress and the end where Emily remembers she didn't pay for the photographer.

Just a thought, if the ritual was a ritual did it not work because her niece was not a virgin?
