Mr. Twinkles is alive! And trying to escape!
I know I mentioned in the comments on the previous post that

rosewalker and I wanted to have the forthcoming episode up before the end of the month, but I can't see that happening at this point. For those of you who don't know, Sara's getting married in just over a week. I'll be flying out for the wedding in less than a week, and even though the episode is well underway as far as writing goes there's just no way I can get it simmed and online before then.
The good news is that we're not willing to rush the episode, so hopefully it'll be up to everyone's standards when we do post it. It's a really long episode already, so you'll have a lot to read.
In random sim related news, I got my grubby little mits on the new Pets EP yesterday. In case anyone wants to see really stupid pictures with even stupider commentary from me, I set up a gallery:

And even though the episode more than likely won't be posted before the wedding, I'm really glad you guys aren't rushing yourselves. I've noticed that stories tend to lack if the author(s) feel like they have to rush in order to keep up with everyone's standards.
(I realize I post way too much for my own good, but I have nothing better to do. Sue me. ^_~)

Long episode? HURRAH! So excited. :D I've just been realizing HOW many people actually read this; I find the most random DP hints in all sorts of Sims LJs, whether it's in photos in someone's house or the avatars. Eeeee.

I'm sitting excitedly in my living room, looking out the window for the UPS driver to show up with my copy of Pets! I do hope you'll introduce some pets into the story, somehow, at some point....

I'm glad you're taking all the time you need... as much as I may want everything now, my parents did manage to pass on some sense of the value of waiting for something good. Not as much as they'd hoped, but still. So I will wait patiently and try not to jump up and down every time I see an update.
Mr. Twinkles has two different colored eyes! I just noticed this about her now. You make make seperate eye colors in Pets?
Apparently Maxis didn't "have enough time" to make a Petshop. Which I think is a load of crap, but a lot of people are irate that they can't make custom skins/eyes for their pets.
No. 2: Did I mention that I'm going out of town from Wednesday through Sunday? Um, because I am. I'll be in St. Louis and two states away from my computer.
