Chris: "Excuse me..."

Emily: "Oh! I'm sorry, I'm not actually open right now."
Chris: "I didn't realize- I just wanted to set up an appointment. I'll come back on Monday. I do apologize."
Emily: "I hate to think of you having to drive all the way back out here. Tell you what- I can do that for you. Just let me finish up this paperwork- shouldn't take but a minute."

Chris: "You're a fan of Mary McMally?"
Emily: "She's my best friend, actually."

Chris: "Fancy that! I'm a huge fan of her work."
Emily: "She's amazing, isn't she?"

Chris: "The bee's knees, that's for sure. Hey, would you mind terribly if I were to ask a favour of you?"
Emily: "What would that be?"
Chris: "Could you just let her know her biggest fan truly believes her work belongs to the ages?"

Emily: "I'd be happy to pass that long to her!"
Chris: "Thank you so much."

Emily: "Now, when would you like to set up-"
